Do you Short-Term holidays?
This available from June 1st – August 31st. Unfortunately we don’t do short-term stays. However if you own your own caravan you can rent the plot for a two weeks period.
Do you rent caravan's or mobile homes?
We don’t rent or lease caravan’s or mobile homes. You would need to purchase a mobile home through ourselves and you would then have your plot where your mobile home / caravan is located.
How long is your season?
Our season begins on the 17th of March and runs all the way through to October 31st.
Do you allow decking and sheds?
We allow decking and sheds sizes and locations have to be given the okay by park management.
Can I rent or give my mobile home to family relatives or friends?
You can’t give the mobile to friends or other family relatives. No renting.
Is your park pet friendly ?
Dogs are allowed onsite with the usual guidelines.
what happens if I want to sell?
Selling of the mobile onsite is prohibited but they can sell the mobile offsite or we usually buy it back off them.
Community Guidelines and Rules:
- Respect for Others: Treat fellow residents and visitors with courtesy and consideration. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
- Noise Control: Keep noise levels to a minimum during designated quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Excessive noise, including loud music or parties, will result in immediate action.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the community premises. Dispose of trash properly and refrain from littering. Failure to comply may result in fines or penalties.
– Parking Regulations: Adhere to designated parking areas and ensure vehicles are parked in a manner that does not obstruct traffic flow or emergency access. Unauthorized parking or violations of parking regulations will be subject to towing or fines.
– Pet Policies: Follow designated pet areas and leash regulations. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other residents or wildlife.
– Security Measures: Observe security protocols and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately. Unauthorized access, vandalism, or any form of criminal activity will be dealt with severely.
- Compliance with Rules: Failure to comply with community guidelines and rules may result in warnings, fines, or expulsion from the premises. Repeat offenses will be met with strict disciplinary action.
- Should you need to cancel your dates for any reason, we offer a full refund less the 5% admin fee once 7 day’s notice has been given.
– We do not allow campfires onsite.
– Showers are by token (€1 each) which last 6 minutes.
- Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered amended or changed into a different name.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all time while on site.
– Check-in from 11am and check-out is by 11:00am on your day of departure.
- We do not allow or facilitate subletting.
